gRAEME’S STORY

I’m Graeme a leadership development EXPERT , performance framework architect, and lifelong “people person” who’s spent two decades in learning, development, and organisational design.

I started People, Practically because I saw the same thing over and over: managers drowning in responsibility but starved of practical support. Too much theory. Not enough tools. Performance reviews run on guesswork. Feedback avoided. Development conversations stuck in “we’ll get to that.”

I’ve built performance systems, leadership academies, and capability frameworks for organisations of all sizes and I know how hard it is to build good stuff from scratch.

So I’ve done the heavy lifting. People, Practically gives you the templates, guides, and toolkits you wish existed the ones you’d create yourself, if only you had the time.

No jargon. Just tools that help people people.
